Carlyn Cowen, the Chief Policy and Public Affairs Officer at Chinese-American Planning Council will be leading our powermapping workshop!

Carlyn will lead our training about who holds power in NYC government. Then together we’ll make plans for how to partner with those key people to win 2-Care for all 60,000 NYC 2 year olds.

This will be a great opportunity to connect with fellow parents and would-be parents, better understand the workings of NYC government, and how to leverage your power as a parent or would-be parent to win universal child care.
