On October 7th 2026 at 1 PM, the New York City Council’s Subcommittee on Child Care is holding a hearing about the new 2-K program. This year, we won 2,000 free seats for 2-year-olds and now the Council Members need to hear from YOU about why the program must be expanded to include ALL New York’s 2-year-olds!

Please share below why expanding 2-K is important for you and your community, and we will submit the testimony for you.
